A HAPPY FUNCTION. The hall presented a strickingly pretty appearance. Punga ferns and flags draped the walls, whi.o streamers of b.ack and red made a canopy overhead, while bowls of cherry blossom, spuraxis, and bulbs made the tables a bower uf flowers.
