TRADING DEPARTMENTS
DUNEDIN CITY COUNCIL INCREASED PROFITS SHOWN [ Per rrecs Association. I DUNEDIN, Oct. 14. The trading departments of the Dunedin City Council have returned a profit of £38,362 for tho half-year ended September 30, compared with £27,545 for the first half of 1930.
Tho Tramway Department showed a loss of £371, but a profit of £10,776 was shown by tho Water Department, £7684 by the Gas Department, and £20,273 by the Electric Department.
