RUSSIA HAS LAUGH ON US
BERNARD SHAW TELLS. NEW YORK, lOct. 13. George Bernard Shaw spoke to America over the radio from London on Sunday, saying: “Hello America and all your dear old people who have been telling one another that I’ve gone dotty about Russia.”
“Russia,” he declared, “has the laugh on us. Where as we have hunger, bankruptcy, and unemployment, Russia is carrying on her wonderful experiment. Russia’s ideas arc nothing more than I and many others nave suggested years ago, but they wore laughed at then.”
