DAVIS CUP STARS CANADIAN DOUBLES TEAM. DEFEAT BY ENGLISHMEN. Received Oct. 14, 10.6 p.m. MONTREAL, Oct. 13. In the tennis doubles Perry and Hughes defeated Wright and Rainville, the Canadian Davis Cup stars, and an exhibition game 6—4, B—6,8 —6, 6 —l. In the singles, in two sets, Wright won the first 6—3 and Perry v?on the second 6—4.
