( The appeal is from the judgment of ( Mr. Justice Reed, who. in April, after a lengthy hearing lasting intermittently for thirteen days, decided against Cyril Paul Hunter and Thomas Percy Hunter, nephews of the late Sir George Hunter, M.P., of Porangahau, Hawke’s Bay, and trustees of his estate, who sought probate in solemn form of Sir George’s will of November .16, 1929, together with two codicils. Probate of this will and the codicils was opposed by Lady Hunter, widow of Sir George Hunter, and third trustee of his estate, on the grounds of want of due execution and lack of testamentary capacity on the part, of the testator. Mr. Justice Reed, in his judgment, pronounced for a will of August 21, 1924, with codicil, as propounded by Lady Hunter. Aspects of his Honour’s judgment were also dealt with this morning by Air. Gray, whose address, which: was commenced on Wednesday afternoon, was expected to conclude some time this afternoon. Mr. H. H. Cornish, who, with Mr. L. K. Wilson, is associated with Mr. Gray, will then address the Court. Mr. G. G. Watson, with Mr. H. J. V. James, is appearing for the respondent •, Lady Edith May Hunter and tho infant daughter of the marriage Eliza-\ beth Hunter. 1 On the Bench are the Chief Justice (Sir Alichael Myers), Mr. Justice Adams, and Air.
