’PLANES FOR SWALLOWS
TRANSPORT FROM STORM AREA Received Sept. 27, 5.5 p.m. VIENNA, Sept. 27. Overcome by gales and torrential rains during their flight southward, 27, 000 swallows wore collected at Where and surrounding villages, and by aeroplanes were carried on Saturday in boxes to Venice, where they were freed in tho sunshine. Twenty-three thousand are being transported similarly to-day.
