MOTORISTS’ NEW ENEMY
Mobile police in the Cardiff area have been instructed to look out for a new type of motor-car thief, who jumps into unattended cars, drives to some deserted spot, and dismantles everything removable. The latest victim of such a theft is Mr. Parsons of Cardiff. whose car was found in a quarry minus the four wheels and other removable parts.
