CUBAN REVOLT
DISORDERS SPREADING EFFORTS TO END TROUBLE Received Aug. 14, 11.43 p.m. HAVANA, Aug. 13. The reported revolt is spreading. General Machado has departed for the rebel zone, presumably to confer with the oppositino leaders and so end tho bloodshed. Ni.merous skirmishes arc reported with conflicting announcements as to casualties. The army chief has ordered all retired reserve officers, as well as exwldiers, to pr?sent themselves for immediate service.
