FAST BABY CARS
RECORD AT BROOKLANDS [British Official Wireless.] Received Aug. 13, 7.50 p.m. RUGBY, Aug. 12. Driving a special car, which he himself designed, Viscount Ridley, at Brooklands to-day, covered the flying kilometre at speeds of 105.42 miles an hour and the flying mile at 1C4.56 miles an hour which, when confirmed by the Royal Automobile. Club, will break the records for tho baby cars’ class establish on Saturday.
