Robert Donald, aged 24, cashier of the Radnor Park branch of the Clydesdale Bank, Glasgow, was found with his head battered in and £2OOO stoke. Donald was in sole charge of the bank and received shocking injuries to his head, due to a jemmy ami hammer. He died five minutes after being found. The police have no clue, but believe that more than one assailant made <: lightning raid on the bank just as the branch closed.
