• AN ADJOURNMENT GRANTED Received Aug. 13, 9.45 p.m. BRISBANE, Aug. 13. Owing to the unexpected turn of events in the Mungana action in consequence of the defendants refraining from giving evidence counsel for the Crown secured an adjournment for the purpose of preparing specific questions for the jury.
