BACON FRAIZE 1 his is an old-fashioned recipe dating back to the eighteenth century. Cut 4 oz., cooked ham or bacon into narrow strips. then make an ordinary pancake batter, using i pint milk/ 1 egg and 4oz. flour. Add the strips of bacon, season with pepper and salt and fry in butter. When cooked fold over, sprinkle with finely chopped parsley and serve at once.
