BUSH UNION VISITORS WINTER SHIELD MATCH ! i TEAMS for TO-MORROW. Two teams of hockey players from the Bush Union will pay a visit to Wanganui to-morrow, the‘men playing for the Winter Shield and the ladies playing a representative match. Referees: Messrs V. Scott and Rev Goring. Line umpire: Mr H. Haase. Wanganui ladies’ representative team (at Gonville Park at 2 p.m.): J. Brooks (goal); E. Delves (vieo-cap tain) and E. Laird (backs); E. Wright, J. Grainger, and G. Brooks (halves); ■ J. Wakeling, R. Brooks (captain), D Harman, J. Walker and A. Rice (forwards). Emergencies: Forwards, B Doble, J. Greager; backs, M. Anderson. All players and emergencies are asked to wait after the match to meet the coach and selectors. This is essential. Mr Wilson has been appointed man--1 ager for the Wanganui men and Mr Tarr for the ladies.
