INTER-BIBLE CLASSES
TO-NIGHT ’ S MEETING The meeting of the inter-Bible Class Movement to be held this evening at St. Paul’s Hall should bo one of the most successful yet held. The speaker will be Air Frank L Purnell, a Wanganui boy who has returned home after conducting a successful pastorate at Honolulu. This speaker has gained a tremendous popularity with the young people and the fact that ho is to address the gathering will bo sure to attract all Bible Class members. An added attraction and one that will, without doubt, prove pleasing is that Airs Alorris and her friends aro to present Sir J. Barrie’s play, “The Twelve Pound Look.” The management of Pursers Ltd. arc very graciously providing the furnishings and effects to enable the play to be staged in attractive surroundings. As is usual, the meeting will commence with tea at 5.30 p.m. and the ladies are asked to supply the provisions. A bright sing song will ensure the enjoyment of the gathering by everyone.
