LONG LEGAL BATTLE
Lady Dunsford, wife of Viscount Dunsford, of Eastwell Park, Ashford, Kent, has won a case that has dragged on in the courts of New Jersey for eight years, since the death of her former husband, Mr George J. Gould, in 1923. By winning her case Lady Dunsford escapes inheritance tax on £.365,000 of the estate of Mr Gould, but is to pay tax on another £200,000 of the estate. Lady Dunsford married Viscount Dunsford in 1925.
