CANADA AND AUSTRALIA. AIR. BENNETT’S STATEMENT. OTTAWA, June 24. “The agreement with Australia will necessitate a number of changes in the tariff schedules brought down by the Budget,” said the Premier (Mr R. B. Bennett) in the Houbo to-day. ( able communications had been exchanged between the two Governments, ami it will bo necessary to await certain texts from Australia before the Budget resolutions are brought before tho House.
