INVESTIGATION IN BRITAIN. [British Official Wireless.] RUGBY, June 17. It was stated in the House of Commons yesterday that a joint committee of the cotton trade organisation is nowengaged on a close investigation into all sections of tho cotton industry, with a view to formulating plans and dealing with tho adjustment of the capacity or the mills, and all other measures that, could be taken or encouraged by joint action.
