WANGANUI GUN CLUB MONTHLY SHOOTINC HELD WESTERN CUP TIES Under ideal conditions the members of tho Wanganui Gun Club held their monthly clay-bird shoot on Saturday, a fair number of marksmen facing the trap. Tho main attraction was the match . for the Western Cup, presented to the club by Messrs Hammond aud Turner, , Ltd., of Christchurch. This match, of fifteen birds off club marks, produced good shooting, .here being four ties. C. Kempton, T. Cuthbertson, J. Dunlop and W. McKee had to shoot-off, J. Dunlop emerging the winner.
