MOTOR CYCLIST FINED. (Per Press’ Asw«clalion.l (IHRTSTUHURUH, June 22. The discovery of number plates tha’ proved to be last year's repainted and altered led to tho appearance of Donald McKenzie, motor cyclist, on a charge of using an unregistered motor cycle. The Magistrate (Mr Mosley) imposed a fine of £2O, remarking that the offence wax a deliberate fraud.
