! UNEMPLOYMENT COMMITTEE A mooting of the Unemployment Committee was held on Friday evening last. Present, Messrs J. B. MeKnight (chairman), C. Stent, R. W. Wrightson, R. J. Linton and A. Charles. Air Charles reported that the current registrations numbered twenty-seven Of these, three were employed under Scheme 4 A, four were working on contract under Scheme 4 B, four were pending and sixteen were available for Scheme No. 5. Several cases were reviewed by the committee, and fifteen mon were provided with work for the week during which the temporary extension of Scheme 5 operates.
