MONEY TAKEN FROM HOUSE
SUM OF OVER £45 MISSING. PAE ROA RESIDENT’S LOSS. PAEROA, June 18. The residence of Mrs W. Lipsham, soar., in Corbett Street, Paeroa, was entered by a thief last evening between 7.30 and 9 o’clock and £45 in notes and also some silver wero stolen from a chest of drawers. A sovereign case and some silver were taken from clothing belonging to one of Mrs Lipsham’s sons. Mrs Lipsham locked the house and went out about 7.30 p.m. On returning at, nine o’clock the front, door was open and the back door unlocked.
