Dear Wendy,—Just a few lines to thank you ever so much for the birthday greetings. I did not think you would remember me, as L have not written for such a long time I go to school now, Wendy, and I am ’in rnmer II.; I started laft June. How is the Weather Clerk treating you these days? We have had snow on the ground, but most of it »s gone now. My little brother and I wero out making snowmen this afternoon and we had lovely fun. but felt a bit cold at times, t aid not have a birthday party, because it to 9 co,d , and wet. but mother said she mignt let me have one next year.
