RED CROSS ASSISTANCE WASHINGTON, June 16 . Rod Cross officials said to-day that 38,545 families were still receiving aid in the drought-stricken States. The Red Cross relief in twenty-one States has reached more than 600,000 families with an estimated total of 2,700,000.
