WILKINS’ SUBMARINE
VESSELS IN HEAVY SEAS DIFFICULT OPERATIONS NEW YORK, June 16. A message from the United States battleship Arkansas, en route from Copenhagen, states that the battleship Wyoming was to-day towing the Nautilus in a heavy rainstorm and fog to wards Ireland. The Nautilus’ engines were still disabled and the battleship was having difficulty in towing, having been slowed down by the heavy weather.
