WHOLESALE POISONINGS
WOMEN TO BE HUNG SEQUEL TO AUSTRIAN TRIALS VIENNA, June 16. Two women, Marie Smiabo and Julie Czartas, convicted of the famous wholesale poisoning crime, were sitting in a prison cell where a wireless was installed aud they heard the announcement that they would be hanged at dawn. Both women collapsed. Attempts to secure a reprieve were futile and they will be hanged together.
