Swanger yester day on the able way in which iie ha, appeared for the board in the recent appeal case before rhe Teachers’ Court of Appeal. Mr A. H. Coleman had been impress '•d by the extremely fair way in which ! Mr Swanger bad acted. I The motion was carried by acclama lion. Replying. Mr Swanger said that he had an unpleasant task and it had been his endeavour to represent matters afairly as he could. The board also decided io write expressing its thanks to Mr H. Mclntyre for his services as its representative in the court.
