WINDOW-CLEANER’S ORDEAL

A window-cleaner, Arthur Robert, aged 26, of Bermondsey, had a grim ordeal recently, says a London newspaper, when he found himself standing on the narrow ledge of a fourth floor windov and unable to climb back.
