MANDATES COMMISSION
BRITAIN’S DELEGATES RUGBY. June 12. Dr Drummond-Shiels (Under-Secre-tary for the Colonies) leaves to-morrow for Geneva to attend the forthcoming session of the Permanent Mandates Commission as the accredited representative of the British Government. The Commission will examine the annual report on Palestine.
