NEW CHANGES FOR FAMILIES
A Dutch scheme for settling families in Argentina provides that each family taken from Holland shall have thirty hectares of land with a house and farm buildings. Each family is to be provided with live cows, five horses, five pigs, and sixteen rabbits, together with carts, implements, and 2000 young trees. No payment will be demanded for two years, but in tho third year in terest on tho value of the land and buildings will be collected. In the fourth year begins tho first of 15 annual payments purchasing the farm by instalments. The scheme awaits the favourable report of the representa five of the Dutch Government.
