CHINESE ARRESTED
OVERSTAYED PERMIT [Per Press Association.] FOXTON, Alay 13. Several Chinese, to whom permits were issued allowing them to remain in the Dominion for a period not exceed ing six months, have exceeded the time limit and evaded arrest. Constables Owen and Lincoln arrested one this morning. This is the second arrest by the local police on a similar charge within the past few months.
