RECOUNTING COMPLETED FINAL ANNOUNCEMENTS. Recounting of votes east at the recent municipal elections in Wanganui was completed yesterday and announce ments made in respect of the issues left until the last—the Power Board, Hos pital Board and half-holiday question. HOSPITAL BOARD ELECTION MR ROGERS TOPS THE POLL. The officially recounted figures announced in respect to the Hospital Board election arc as follow:
