LATE RATES MAINTAINED LONDON, May 11. At the wool sales 7543 bales were offered, including 3093 of New Zealand. About 6840 were sold. The merino offering was principally of super style. There was a good section of New Zealand greasy merinos. Crossbreds were in poor supply, but for other sorts there was good competition at late rates. New Zealand greasy merino. Dungrce. lid, lOJdj crossbreds, WMK/SV, B. ! Jd, 8d; comebacks, Tirohanga, lid, Bradford is stagnant, and there is no business, quotations being nominal.
