HARBOUR board recount A special effort was made by the Wanganui electoral staff yesterday to complete as much of the task of recounting votes as possible. Several extra hands were employed from the City Council offices, with the result that, in addition to the Mayoralty and City Council issues, that to elect six representatives on the Wanganui Harbour Board was also completed last night.
