SAVOURY OYSTERS 1 pint oysters, 2oz butter, 4 tablespoonsful flour. 1 cup oyster liquor, 1 : gill brown stock, I teaspoonful Worcestershire sauce. Place the cleaned oysters into a saucepan with a little water. Heat and cook only until the oysters swell’ and the edges begin to i curl. Drain and strain the liquor . through muslin. Alelt butter, add the Hour, and stir until well browned.- Pour on gradually, while stirring, oyster liquor anil stock; add oysters and seasonings, Serve on toast, garnish with parsley.
