AN INJUNCTION SOUGHT (Per Pres. Association.l CHRISTCHURCH. fDcc. 4. Rival taxi firms were at law to day when C. 8. Trcllo, proprietor of the Gold Band Taxis, sought an injunctio* restraining William Dick, of the Gold Crown Taxis from using the title “Gold Crown Taxis.” It waa detrimental to plaintiff’s business. Decision wae reserved by Judge Adams.
