MATCH AT WELLINGTON Wanganui cricket enthusiasts will he pleased to learn that G. A. BullockDouglas has bee able to secure the necessary leave in order to permit of his taking part in the Town - Country match, which commences at the Basin Reserve, Wellington, to-day. On ascertaining the circumstances Alr K. P. V. Sealy, of the National Bank of New Zealand, arranged the necessary Ujave for Bullock-Douglas, who left last night for Wellington. A very fine sporting spirit was displayed by E. C. Gee, for, though selected for the Country eleven, he stood down in order to give his team mate a chance to earn higher honours.
