LABOURER’S DEATH
INJURY AT LIMEWORKS [Per Pi-ess Association.] INVERCARGILL, Doc. 2. Alexander Williamson, labourer, aged 63, who was seriously injured in the right arm and leg through slipping in front of a truck at the limeworks at Brown’s yesterday, died in the Southland Hospital this evening. Ho was admitted to hospital early yesterday afternoon and a blood transfusion was made in an effort to save hit life.
