MRS MILLER’S RECORD BEATEN NE WYORK, Dec. 1. A message from Burbank (California) states that Ruth Nicholls Ryeny, a society woman aviatrix, who set the woman's trans-continental speed record formerly held by Mr o Miller, arrived here to-day from New Y'ork. Her flying time was seventeen hours three minutes. She flew from Kingman (Arizona) to-day, and used a large cabin monoplane.
