SALVATION ARMY
APPEAL BOARD ESTABLISHED.LONDON, Nov. 18. The Salvation Army C inference decided to constitute a board of arbitration consisting of five leading ofiicers, empowered to settle disputes between the General and any Commissioner, Ter ritorial Commander, or other high official.
Either general or officer may appeal to the board.
The conference authorised . the General tn apply to Parliament for an Act establishing the reforms resolved by the conference.
