THE EIGHTEENTH AMENDMENT PAR ASSOCIATION KEFERENDVM. Received Nov. 19. 11.50 p.m. NEW YORK, Nov. 18. The American Bar Association announces from Chicago that its membership throughout the country, in a referendum, has expressed itself in favour of the repeal of tho Eighteenth Amendment to the constitution, by a vote of 13.779 to 6340.
