NEW MOTOR REGULATIONS _
A BOROUGH'S PROTESTS | Per Press Association.] ASHBURTON, Nov. 18. The Borough Council resolved emphatically to protest against the proposed amendments to the Motor Vehicle Regulations in connection with the licensing of drivers, as cumbersome and unnecessary and entailing a good deal of additional expense. The present regulations were considered satisfactory.
