INTERNATIONAL AGREEMENT
IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENT
[By Telegraph—Press Association—Copyright.] Received Nov. 14, 11 p.m. NEW YORK, Nov. 13. The New York Times announces that an international agreement is being negotiated between Imperial Airways and Pan-American Airways respectively, and the most important aviation systems in the United States, having in view a trans-Atlantic air mail and eventually an express service between the two countries. The first link will be between the United States and Bermuda.
