APPOINTMENTS OF GENERALS. Received Nov. 14. 9.5 p.m. LONDON, Nov’ 14. The Salvation Army Conference resolved that no general shall appoint a successor, who must be elected. A General, also, will have no power to nominate a successor, but may advise the electing body if the majority request such a course.
