SCIENTIST’S CALCULATIONS. Received Nov. 14. 1 0.20 p.m. NEW YORK, Nov. 14. Professor Kovarik, of Yale, announced to-day that a study of the rate of disintegration of radio active elements disclosed that the age of the earth is 1,852,000,000 years.
