A LEAGUE UNPOPULAR COUNTY RESENTS REMARKS. The Wanganui County Council CT I pressed surprise at its meeting yesterday at the action of the Wanganui and District Development League writing a letter to urge the widening of th© length of road between Fordcll and Kauangnroa. The League stated that it was advocating that the Turakina Valley route to Tangiwai be improved ami had written the Kangifikci County Council in this connection. It desired that the Wanganui County undertake the improvement of the connecting link up to Fordell.
