Tliß FEILDING SALE [ Per Press Association. ] FEILDING, Sept. 12. There was an exceptionally heavy yarding of dairy springing coWs and heifers atthe stock sale. Heifers sold at tho highest prices reached hero this season—£l7 ss, though no pedigree lines were offered. Cows did not sen- so well, but brought good prices- Fat sheep just maintained late rates. Store ewes' and wether hoggets were in good demand. /

Quotations: Fat sheep: Fat hoggets, priincst 26s to 26s 6d, prime 22s 6d to 235; good 16s to 20s 7d, shorn 15s, fat b.f. hoggets, primest 21s to 22s 7d, prime 19s 4d to 20s, fair 17s 9d to 10s, b.f. two-tooths, extra prime, 29s and 29s 60, prime 27s Bd, fair 23s 9d and 245; fat ewes, shorn 16s Cd, maiden prime 28s, older primest 24s 7d to 20s, prime 22s to 23s 6d, good 21s, fair 193 Id to 20s; fat wethers, heavy 29s 3d, good 26s 2d to 27s 6d.
