THE ROUBAIX STRIKE
A SETTLEMENT REACHED PARIS, Sept. 11. A message from Roubaix states that the strike has been settled. The workers will be repaid their insurance contributions provided they work without interruption for twelve months at the factory. If there are any changes the employer and worker will have to wait another year before the contributions’ are refunded weekly.
