STOCKS BREAK AGAIN “THE BULLS’’ SELL OUT NEW YORK, May 15. Stocks broke sharply on the New York Stock Exchange and the discouraged “bulls” sold holdings. The “bears” pressed the declines by further short sales. United States steel and other pivotal shares dropped two to five points, some issues losing as much as twenty-one. Auburn automobile once dropped 27i to the low level of 158. Selling became heavier throughiut the day and the actual liquidation of some issues occurred near the close. Call money was at 3 per cent all day.
