A message from Omaha, Nebraska, states that a series of tornadoes in parts of the States of Missouri, Kansas and Nebraska killed seven persons and injured while damage to property is extensive. EIGHTEEN KILLED. Received Alav 3, 1.10 a.m. NEW YORK, May 2. A message from Sioux City, lowa, states that 18 persons were killed by a tornado which swept the central western states of Nebraska, Kansas, Alinncsota and Missouri. Alany have been made homeless and much damage to farm property is reported. Alany calls for relief have been received from scores of small communities where the wind did the greatest damage.
