V . . MELBO^!t E wHUSile IrfiAAAAM z * -PAI&£ lowers SYDNEY-MELBOURNE SPEED RECORD To average over 57 miles an hour for nearly 600 miles between Melbourne and Sydney and to do it in spite of intermittent fog for nearly 70 miles was the achievement of Mr. Don Robertson in a 615 Graham-Paige on March 23rd. In lowering the previous car record by seven minutes Mr. Robertson proved once again the outstanding performance of the Graham-Paige—its speed, stamina and reliability, qualities that have made it a consistent winner of tests of all kinds all over the world. This record is the more remar k a ble because it was made by an amateur owner-driver in his first effort of this nature and in his own car, replicas of which can be obtained by anyone, straight off the showroom floor, for £515. Other models from £385 to £l,OOO (prices f.o.b. main ports) I&RAAAMI m , TmnTn l|||iiiißfiiiww|| DISTRIBUTORS FOR WANGANUI AND TARANAKI: v R - E cuthr ertson, & Co., Ltd., > ST - HJLL STREET, WANGANUI £AAAAM-AAl££
